Product designs, specifications, compatibility, features, certifications, pilot plans, availability dates, pricing, and other information may be preliminary, forward-looking, or subject to change. Reservations and refundable deposits are governed by the Preorder and Refund Terms presented with the reservation offer. A reservation is not a completed product purchase and does not guarantee availability, delivery, certification, compatibility, or a particular price or specification.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the internal laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without giving effect to conflicts-of-law rules, subject to rights and protections that cannot lawfully be waived. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these terms must be instituted in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts located in the City of Boston or Suffolk County, and each party submits to those courts’ jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
