Preorder and Refund Terms
Reservation program
When you submit a $50 deposit to reserve a place for a future Noble Carbon Neon offering, you join the reservation program. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement.
Refundable deposit
The $50 deposit is fully refundable and, if you complete an eligible purchase, will be credited toward the final purchase price. The deposit is not an additional fee on top of the final purchase price.
To request a refund, email marketing@noblecarbon.io from the email address associated with the reservation and include enough information to identify the transaction. Noble Carbon will initiate an approved refund within seven business days after receiving a valid request. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
A reservation is not a purchase
A reservation indicates interest and establishes a position in Noble Carbon’s reservation process. It is not an order for a finished product, does not obligate you to complete a purchase, and does not guarantee a specific delivery date, installation date, price, configuration, certification, compatibility, territory, or product feature.
Product development and availability
Noble Carbon products are under development and may be subject to certification, testing, manufacturing, supply-chain, regulatory, and installation requirements. Noble Carbon may change product design, features, specifications, pricing, availability targets, or commercialization plans.
The current reservation program is associated with the four-inch Quad platform unless Noble Carbon expressly identifies another product in writing. Planned two-inch products are distinct roadmap products and may have different specifications, certifications, pricing, and availability.
Geographic limitations
Reservations may currently be submitted from outside the United States and Canada, but Noble Carbon products are presently being developed for North American electrical systems, certifications, and installation practices. A reservation does not represent that a product will be available, certifiable, shippable, installable, lawful, supported, or compatible in your country, province, state, or locality.
Payment processing and cancellation
Stripe processes the reservation payment. Use of Stripe is subject to Stripe’s applicable terms and privacy practices. Noble Carbon may discontinue the reservation program, decline a reservation, or determine that an offering will not be available in a particular territory or configuration. If Noble Carbon cancels your reservation and no eligible purchase is completed, it will return the deposit to the original payment method.
No installation authorization or product warranty
A reservation does not authorize installation or use of a Noble Carbon product and does not create a product warranty. Any eventual purchase, installation, limited warranty, service, software, or support will be governed by separate terms and certified documentation provided for the applicable product.
